Linda Moen

President 

President and principal owner of EFK♦Moen. Mrs. Moen has been in the field of transportation engineering since 1985, beginning with the Missouri Department of Transportation in both design and operations. During her years in transportation design she has engineered every aspect of a roadway system, including roadway alignment and geometries, drainage systems, lighting, signals and signing layouts and retaining wall structures. Mrs. Moen has been a manager since 1990, supervising from 5 to 100 employees in plan development and over 40 employees in field operations (maintenance and construction). She has a strong background in managing personnel on large and small corridor improvement projects. Public involvement, communications, and total quality management training are also her strong areas.

Registered Professional Engineer in Missouri, Illinois, Georgia, Oklahoma, Virginia, Ohio, Texas, Indiana, Iowa.

 

EDUCATION
Linda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1984, and was registered as a professional engineer in Missouri in 1989.

Darrell Eilers

Vice President - Business Development

Having been involved in the transportation field since 1978, Mr. Eilers worked for the Missouri Department of Transportation for 16 of those years, and the remaining years with private consulting engineering firms. Working as a surveyor, maintenance crew member, senior highway design technician, senior highway designer, and as a project manager has developed his experience. Mr. Eilers also gained valuable experience working as a Plan Development/Planning and Zoning Coordinator for MoDOT working with various governmental agencies, consultants and commercial developers. He served as the Planning and Zoning Adjustments Director for the City of St. Peters for 3 Years. Mr. Eilers has experience in every aspect of a roadway design, including roadway alignment and geometries, drainage systems, lighting, signals and signing layouts and retaining wall layouts. Mr. Eilers’ business development experience includes marketing, project proposals, and contracts.

Paul (PJ) Kronlage

PE

Vice President - Engineering 

Executive Vice President in charge of Engineering Design for EFK♦Moen. Mr. Kronlage has been in the transportation engineering field since 1984, starting his career with the Missouri Department of Transportation. P.J. has experience in every aspect of roadway design, including roadway alignment and geometries, drainage systems, lighting, signals and signing, retaining wall layouts, standard plans and specification development, personnel and schedule management. PJ has routinely managed several large active corridors simultaneously, while managing a number of mid-sized and smaller design projects. This includes supervision of 5 to 20 engineers and technicians and about 50 maintenance and construction workers.
